Es unterst\u00fctzt den Transformationsprozess, indem es keine t\u00e4glichen Aufgaben aus dem Alltag beinhaltet, sondern dar\u00fcberhinausgehende Positionen und Ver\u00e4nderungen, deren Auswirkungen die Organisation und\/oder die F\u00fchrung betreffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Team, das dieses Board einf\u00fchrt, ist f\u00fcr die Inhalte und dessen Fortschritt sowie der Weiterentwicklung des Boards verantwortlich. Es werden Themen platziert, die in Verantwortung des Teams erledigt werden k\u00f6nnen. Es erinnert an ein Kanban-Board und besteht aus 6 Teilschritten. Jedes Teammitglied darf neue Inhalte platzieren.
