Der Lean Canvas wurde im Jahr 2009 von Ash Maurya auf Basis des Running-Lean-Ansatz entwickelt und ist eine Ableitung des Business Model Canvas von Alexander Osterwalder. Einsatzgebiet sind vor allem Start-ups oder auch nur Ideen in fr\u00fchen Phasen, in denen viele Elemente des umfangreicheren Business Model Canvasnicht bekannt sind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Im Vergleich zum Business Model Canvas werden vier Teilelemente ausgetauscht, sodass die neun Elemente nun lauten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. (1) \u00a0Problem
    Welche Probleme l\u00f6st die Idee\/das Produkt\/die Dienstleistung? Was sind existierende Alternativen?<\/li>
  2. (2) \u00a0Customer Segments
    Wer sind die Zielgruppen? Welche Kundensegmente sprechen\u00a0wir an? Wer sind Early Adopters?<\/li>
  3. (3) \u00a0Solution
    Welche konkrete L\u00f6sung wird den Kunden angeboten?<\/li>
  4. (4) \u00a0Unique Value Proposition
    Welches einzigartige Wertversprechen bieten wir an? Was ist unser Alleinstellungsmerkmal?<\/li>
  5. (5) \u00a0Unfair Advantage
    Was ist der \u201eunfaire Vorteil\u201c? Was erschwert es ihren Wettbewerb, ihre Vorgehensweise zu kopieren?<\/li>
  6. (6) \u00a0Key Metrics
    Wie wird der Erfolg messbar? Welche Handlungen m\u00fcssen die\u00a0Kunden vornehmen, damit Sie Umsatz erwirtschaften<\/li>
  7. (7) \u00a0Channels
    Wie erreichen wir die Kunden? Welche Kan\u00e4le nutzen wir?<\/li>
  8. (8) \u00a0Kosten
    Wo entstehen welche Kosten?<\/li>
