Diese Mikromethoden wurden sowohl auf der Liberating-Structures-Website und im Liberating-Structures-Buch ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir erw\u00e4hnen die Liberating Structures an dieser Stelle, weil sie helfen, die konventionellen Arbeitsstrukturen zu \u00e4ndern. Dies ist bei fast allen Projekten zur digitalen Transformation wichtig. In der digitalen Transformation m\u00fcssen Menschen zusammenarbeiten, die oft lange in etablierten Strukturen gearbeitet haben. Die konventionellen Strukturen, in denen Menschen lange und tagt\u00e4glich zusammenarbeiten, unterdr\u00fccken unabsichtlich die Einbeziehung und das Engagement der Beteiligten, welches so wichtig ist f\u00fcr den Erfolg der digitalen Transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Liberating Structures beginnen ziemlich einfach und grundlegend, dass es fast zweifelhaft scheint, ob sich es \u00fcberhaupt lohnt, damit anzufangen. Und am Ende ist das Ergebnis so kraftvoll und tiefgr\u00fcndig, dass man sich wundert, wie das passieren konnte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liberating Structures sind leicht zu erlernende Mikromethoden,\u00a0die das Vertrauen im Umgang miteinander verbessern.
