The FlowTeam method is a working principle that enables innovation teams to work together simultaneously with a set of rules and the necessary freedom to create.

The method was developed by Martin Gerber, a Swiss physicist, and US scientists. A key feature of the method is the so-called “FlowBlume”, which is the basic principle of an impact scheme. In total, Martin Gerber has named twelve focus areas that are useful for teamwork in the creative space.
