The Strategy Roadmap visualizes and correlates innovation planning as a function of current short-, medium- and long-term corporate strategies. The ideas and projects that are basically intended for implementation are entered into the method, and it provides a plan that aligns the ideas and projects with the different strategies.

For this purpose, on the one hand, the upcoming ideas and projects are aligned with a timeline and, on the other hand, the short-term strategy, the medium-term strategy and the long-term strategy are also aligned with the timeline.

The method provides the following benefits:

– Viewing projects over a time axis
 – Creation of a plan
 – it sets the direction
 – it defines strategies
 – it promotes strategic understanding
