The method “Supporters and Hurdles” helps to prepare an implementation plan at the end of an innovation process.It supports the discussion about supporting and hindering factors to be considered in the process. For the hurdles or difficulties, ways are worked out to reduce or contain the negative impact.
With this tool, the focus is expanded to include the context or environment of the solution, so that the narrow view purely of the solution is broken up in a targeted manner. E.g. it helps to identify involved people, departments or others and to target them for smooth support.
