Tasklogs

Tasklogs

Method for structuring and tracking task clusters.

A tasklog is a list of tasks to be completed in a project. The tasks are enriched with further information, for example responsibilities or deadlines. In the task log, the status of the individual tasks and the next steps to be processed are recorded very precisely and clearly at regular intervals. Completed tasks are marked in the task log. For example, you can keep track of the current work status when implementing different work steps in a project.

In transformation projects, teams are often assembled that are not yet used to working together. In addition, new task clusters usually arise that cannot be processed within the framework of the usual organizational lines. Tasklogs provide structure and help to keep the project on track. Responsibilities and deadlines can be tracked very efficiently. Digitally networked teams can learn to grow into the owner role by independently maintaining tasks in the task log. Tasklogs, for example, also lend themselves very well as a guide for a regular team jour fixe.
