In speed dating, a larger number of singles are in one room, there are enough tables with two chairs each. The singles then have only a very short time window per get-to-know-you conversation (for example, two minutes per person).<\/p>\n<p>A facilitator makes sure that time is kept and that everyone talks to everyone else in turn. Afterwards, everyone in the room has a picture of who they themselves find interesting and how they themselves come across. &#8220;First impressions count&#8221; &#8211; and this also applies to ideas.<\/p>\n<p>In speed feedback, participants present their ideas rather than themselves in such a run-through and collect feedback on them.
