This can lead to a lack of awareness of obvious difficulties or hurdles. This method is intended to make the product (or service) to be illuminated a good friend, giving it quite human characteristics. This allows for a more personal view of the idea and easier identification of strengths, but also weaknesses.<\/p>\n<p>As in the story of Pinocchio, an object becomes a living being with character traits and relationships with other people. This different way of looking at things opens up new perspectives on the product.<\/p>\n<p>The exercise also helps to take the role of the consumer more easily.
