For this purpose, a group of people is defined who, detached from the primary company organization, meet regularly (or maintain contact via a corresponding IT) and exchange experiences on a topic.<\/p>\n<p>The advantage of this method compared to classic knowledge databases is that experiential knowledge is actively passed on by the knowledge carriers themselves and, if necessary, detailed questions and follow-up questions can be clarified here immediately.
