It’s a question that comes up in every organization, and it’s just as important in collaborative digital teams – even without an on-site flipchart or whiteboard in the office. Here, the KANBAN Board helps to document and transparently manage all tasks.

The term “KANBAN” comes from Japanese and means map, board or receipt. The KANBAN principle originates from production control, in which KANBAN (maps) were used for cost-optimal production control. The KANBAN (card) served as a control instrument for material supply and enabled the asynchronous replenishment of production materials from buffer stocks, thus reducing inventory at the production site.

Following this pull principle, the KANBAN Board is a tool for visualizing and mapping workflows, e.g. in project management, and offers particular benefits in the organization of digital or spatially separated project teams. The KANBAN Board documents – in individually defined process phases – the work status of each task to be completed.

"_surecart_dashboard_navigation_subscriptions":true
[144

post-50992","methode","type-methode","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","transformation-blocks-p2-organizing
["GET
