The Silent Writing Conversation is a very nice method because it is universal and can be used both as a brainwriting technique in idea generation and as a feedback method in analysis and evaluation. The method works very similarly to the café-to-go method and also provides a movement component to the implementation. The fact that development only takes place through writing, and speaking is not allowed, brings a good, relieving character to the meeting situation.

The Silent Writing Conversation is an unconventional variation to other so-called feedback procedures and brainwriting methods. The facilitator determines the target direction in terms of seriousness or fun of use by selecting the stimuli.

Most of the time, you will choose a mixture and get not only new ideas, but also a mood picture and serious criticism of a positive and negative nature. Silent writing conversations also have a loosening up and relieving character. The fun components then predominate. With a larger number of participants, two or more parallel writing sessions would ideally need to be organized.
