Bodystorming involves recreating situations through the use of one’s own body and improvisation, making it a special kind of role-playing.

This makes bodystorming not only a prototyping method, but also a brainstorming method in which you test ideas while gaining new insights for further ideas.

Example: The replica of an intercontinental flight in an airplane cabin with the simplest means (chairs, brownpaper, cardboard boxes ….). Without a real aircraft, the new interior design, including service, can be simulated and tested. Advantages: low cost and fast results.
