The evaluation matrix is a method to have ideas evaluated according to different criteria. The criteria can be predetermined individually. This is not about deciding for/against an idea, rather the participants get an overview of the strengths and weaknesses of the ideas found.

In this way, rework is possible on ideas that would have been discarded in a pure decision method.
