The Feedback Capture Grid is an advanced Plus or Delta variant. With the two additional fields for open questions and new ideas, this method helps to collect feedback and at the same time to order and organize it.
The advantage of this method clearly lies in the systematization and visualization
of the feedback and is thus easy to understand even for most first-time users. Basically, a sheet of paper and pencil is sufficient for each participant and possibly a blackboard to record the results. So also applicable almost everywhere.
