With the help of the idea blueprint, an initially vague idea can be described in more detail and further formulated. The described idea is completed and further developed in the team after an initial definition.

The idea blueprint is completed in seven steps and provides a structured enrichment of the idea. It is therefore primarily suitable for the further development of preliminary ideas, but is not a typical creativity technique.

Idea enrichment in particular is underestimated in many innovation processes, although it is often in this phase that the big ideas first emerge.
