The PPCO method is a method for idea evaluation and enrichment. It helps in considering an idea without rejecting it as such.

PPCO is generally useful for analyzing and improving ideas, giving feedback to others about their work or behavior, presenting new ideas to others, and convincing others of ideas.

PPCO consists of four steps with the abbreviations PPCO standing for English terms: Pluses (Positives), Potentials (Potential), Concerns (Concerns) and Overcome Concerns.
