The “Three Good – Three Bad” method provides feedback, evaluations and exchange of opinions on ideas and projects.
With a direct focus on bad, i.e. negative, aspects of an idea or project, this method can also be used to involve idea rejecters. In addition, this method is an easy-to-use way to find out what level of knowledge about the task or product already exists.
The insights gained here can then flow directly into further brainstorming and idea enrichment and, as a nice side effect, strong critics can also be motivated for the project via the “back door”.
