Plus or Delta

Just like the “I like / I wish / How would it be if …” method, the “Plus or Delta – method” classifies the feedback into categories, thus sorting it – and thus it can be discussed more constructively.

The only difference is that there are two categories here. Under “Plus” you collect the feedback points that the team noticed positively and would like to keep.

Under “Delta” then come the points that should be reconsidered or even changed in the future.

One advantage of this method is its universal applicability, i.e. it can be used for ideas, activities, prototypes and marketing measures.

Registered users will find a detailed description of how to use the method in a meeting or workshop context in the next section. Registration is free of charge.

In addition to this description, you will find complete instructions on how to use the method in a team meeting or workshop in the Innovation Wiki. All you need to do is register free of charge and you will have access to this and more than 700 other methods and tools.
