At the Consumer Clinic, customers and users are given real-life demonstrations of new products and services.
These are to express their opinions on the respective product.

For comparison, customers can also be shown products that are already established on the market. However, you should only invite people who are also from come from the appropriate target group.

The course of a Consumer Clinic is always divided into three phases: Preparation, execution, follow-up. At each stage, participants complete a questionnaire asking for their opinions on the products and services. This then forms the data material for the extensive evaluations.

It is possible to work with ten up to several 100 test subjects. In contrast to tests with focus groups, where the products and services are still in the ideation or test phase, here you work with existing products. The goal is to gain derivations and insights in order to develop new or improved products.
