Lean Inception is a method that combines elements from Design Thinking and Lean Startup with the goal of determining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The Minimum Viable Product is the simplest version of the product that can be made available to the business (minimum product) and that can be effectively used and validated by the end user.

The application takes place in the context of a collaborative workshop divided into several phases and activities. As a rule, a time frame of 1 week can be planned for the workshop.
