Behind the warm-up stick figure is also the phrase: “Anyone can draw/visualize”. The idea is to bring back the ability to draw and to do this by creating small graphics.

Participants are given post-its and pens and are then asked to draw stick figures in different emotions, for example, joy, curiosity, sadness, stinginess, criticism…. After the previously agreed time, each participant then individually presents their stick figures to the group. For this purpose, the post-its are hung on a board or wall sorted by columns. Participants have fun and realize, even if they haven’t drawn in years, that they do have the ability to create small descriptive graphics.
