The aim of anonymous voting is to select ideas from a list of ideas in an anonymous vote that are to be pursued further, or to rank them in order of priority.
For this purpose, each participant selects ten percent of the ideas from an existing numbered list of ideas and rates them with letters, such as A, B, C. The election administrator collects the anonymous voting cards and then presents the result. The result is a ranking of the existing ideas and thus a processing recommendation from the group.
The advantage of this method is that the decision-makers can take creative risks through anonymity, as they act free of peer pressure.
