Lightless Creativity, that is creative and innovation workshops in one hundred percent lightless training rooms. Innovation coaching sessions in complete darkness offer key benefits to a team:
– Greater sustainability through deeper, more intensive learning
– Cost savings through faster learning: “One day of training in the dark is like three days of training in the light.”
– A special team building that will develop your team further
– An unforgettable experience that will be talked about for a long time

Being creative under time pressure or on command often proves difficult or impossible. Darkness provides an effective environment for brainstorming and developing new ideas. Eliminating visual distractions stimulates the imagination and enables a free flow of ideas – it leads to concentration on the essentials and supports rapid solution finding.

The Lightless Creativity project is characterized by its high quality standards and is offered by Atelier für Ideen AG. The teams are always accompanied in this very special situation of complete darkness by a team of trainers consisting of an innovation coach and another blind trainer.

The blind trainers have a sound psychological training and can see, perceive and mirror many “invisible” details. The individual tailoring of each seminar to your specific challenges is also part of the concept offered. To ensure that all participants can really immerse themselves fully in the new situation, Atelier für Ideen AG provides complete documentation of the idea generation process and all training observations.

The Lightless Creativity concept offers all seminars in two different focuses. In the “M” type, the seminar focuses on method competence and method training. The participants should primarily learn and master the new methods and techniques quickly, efficiently and intensively and also be able to pass them on to colleagues in the company. In type “I”, the focus of the seminar is on finding ideas for your very specific challenges and problems. Teams bring their current challenges, for which solutions are not yet available, to the seminar.
