At the beginning of an innovation project, there is often the question of the right starting point. The OMIPC selection criteria help determine the most promising topics, thereby increasing the likelihood of success in the subsequent process.
The method can be used both in a team and individually. It is a good complement to the “wishful thinking” method described by Florian Rustler in the book “Das kleine Handbuch der Innovationsmethoden”.
