The OMIPC technique assists in selecting the right topics for subsequent processing.

At the beginning of an innovation project, there is often the question of the right starting point. The OMIPC selection criteria help determine the most promising topics, thereby increasing the likelihood of success in the subsequent process.

The method can be used both in a team and individually. It is a good complement to the “wishful thinking” method described by Florian Rustler in the book “Das kleine Handbuch der Innovationsmethoden”.

Registered users will find a detailed description of how to use the method in a meeting or workshop context in the next section. Registration is free of charge.

In addition to this description, you will find complete instructions on how to use the method in a team meeting or workshop in the Innovation Wiki. All you need to do is register free of charge and you will have access to this and more than 700 other methods and tools.
