Sketches and Scribbles are hand-drawn representations and sketches of products, services or business model scenarios. This method fits very well into the first phases of design thinking, where speed and low resolutions are the main concerns. In addition, you need almost no previous knowledge, because you work with the simplest basic materials and on basic levels.

Of course, a small talent for drawing can be helpful, however, this is about visualization (i.e. not art) – and almost anyone can do that with a little practice.

Sketches and Scribbles only show the respective product or the most important components of a business model. You can add important information about it. Multiple scribbles combined together can even be used for storytelling. Of course, ideas that you have on the road can also be quickly recorded to present to the team later.

Registered users will find a detailed description of how to use the method in a meeting or workshop context in the next section. Registration is free of charge.
